How am I assigned projects?

Here's how the process works:

1. We receive the brief from our client
2. Choose a creator to assign to the project
3. Creator commits and starts completing task in the dashboard

You're not competing with any other creators per se. However, you are competing against time. If you aren't available to start a project at the time we reach out to you, then we move on to a creator who's able and ready.

• Contact us 24 hours of receiving a project invite.
• At the 32 hour mark we move on to keep the project on schedule.

Additionally, the end goal is to keep you working if you're available. If there's multiple projects in the que you'll be contacted if you're capable of completing more than one at a time.
