We provide support Monday through Friday, with minimal hours on Saturday & offline on Sunday.

Just so you know, emails you send to us are converted into an advanced ticketing system on our side and are handled as quickly as possible.

Please understand that we do not offer phone support, and we want you to know why.


Troubleshooting software or advertising metrics over the phone is not efficient for the type of technical industry we're in, nor does it give us time to address your concerns with the data you provide our team. 


We ask that you take the time to write an email or record a screencast video, which also encourages you to organize your thoughts and including the necessary details, etc. 


That gives us time to research your issue based on that information and get back to you with a complete and well-researched answer.


Focusing on email support allows us to efficiently serve our customers while keeping costs down, which is part of the reason we are able to offer our plans at such great prices.


Please keep in mind, that our process improves the workflow with our clients. We'll jump right on it!
