Due to our flat rate pricing model, we don't allow clients to ask for things which are completely out of scope. Out of scope for us means asking for things such as 3d renderings, animated characters, etc. We filter through these issues for creators during the briefing stage.
During the client briefing stage, our form specifically ask for elements such as logos and product images which will be included in the the video in some create way.
We offer client's quality graphics and animations inside of videos — however your projects will not be outside of the scope of the example video we initially showed you during on boarding.
We police these common issues for you since most people aren't aware of how much time it takes to produce detailed graphics and animations.
